Build a Working AI Team, Not a Prompt Library

Not chatbots. Not a collection of tools you tried once. An actual team of AI agents with defined roles, clear responsibilities, and a system for handing off work between them.

Common Questions

No. The program is built for non-technical operators. You don't need to write code. You need to be willing to follow a structured process, put in 3 to 5 hours per week, and actually do the work between sessions.
You'll need access to Claude (Anthropic's AI assistant) and a few free or low-cost tools that will be specified before the cohort starts. Total tool costs are minimal. Mike walks you through setup in your onboarding session.
All sessions are recorded. You'll have access to the recordings and can catch up between sessions. That said, live attendance is where most of the value is: you get real-time feedback and can ask questions as you build.
Founding members get free access to every future cohort and any additional training materials produced under the AI Team Accelerator program. Cohort 2 and beyond will not include this.
Any service-based business where one person or a small team is doing a lot of mental and administrative work: contractors, consultants, agencies, coaches, local service providers, solo operators. If you're doing work that requires thinking and coordination, this applies to you.
