7. Training Session Recordings

Live training sessions may be recorded, including audio, video, screen sharing, and in-session chat. By participating in a live session, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded.

Recordings are stored and made available to enrolled participants for the duration of their program access. Founding members with lifetime access may retain access to recordings indefinitely.

During live sessions, your video, audio, and display name are visible to other participants and the instructor. Enabling your camera is optional; however, your audio may be captured if your microphone is active. If you prefer not to appear on camera, you may participate with video off.

We use Zoom to host live sessions. Zoom's data practices are governed by Zoom's own privacy policy, available at zoom.us.

8. Community and Peer Interaction Data

The AI Team Accelerator includes access to a private community platform for peer interaction, discussion, and shared resources. Any posts, messages, replies, or profile information you share within the community are visible to other enrolled participants and R4 Digital Systems staff.

R4 Digital Systems is not responsible for how other participants view, save, or use information you share within the community. Exercise discretion when sharing proprietary business information, client details, or anything else you would not want a fellow program participant to see.

9. Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
