Welcome to R4 Digital Systems LLC ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our website, services, systems, or training programs, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
R4 Digital Systems LLC offers digital marketing, CRM solutions, website development, systems automation, AI implementation, business consulting services, live training programs, cohort-based educational experiences, and digital learning content.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all services require payment in full prior to the start of any work. No refunds will be issued once payment has been received, except where a specific refund policy applies (see Section 15 for training programs). Clients wishing to cancel services must provide written notice at least 30 days in advance, unless a different term is outlined in a signed contract.
Clients must provide timely access to all required third-party service accounts, including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Meta Ads, and related tools. Additionally, clients are responsible for supplying any proprietary content, media, or messaging they want included in websites, funnels, or marketing assets.
All materials, frameworks, strategies, designs, code, course curricula, training content, session recordings, and any other deliverables created by R4 Digital Systems LLC remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients who purchase and complete payment for websites built in WordPress will receive full ownership of their website. Work created on other platforms remains under license or ownership of R4 Digital Systems LLC unless agreed otherwise.
Participants in any R4 Digital Systems training program receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for their own business purposes only. This license does not include the right to resell, redistribute, sublicense, copy, reproduce, or share course materials, recordings, frameworks, or curricula with any third party, in whole or in part, by any means.
We may use third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Go High Level, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Analytics, Zoom, and others to deliver services and training programs. You acknowledge that these tools are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their service performance, policy changes, or data handling practices.
We may provide clients with access to dashboards, portals, reporting tools, community platforms, and learning environments. It is the client's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality and security of their login credentials. R4 Digital Systems LLC is not liable for any unauthorized access due to client negligence.
R4 Digital Systems LLC is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from project delays, third-party service issues, account suspensions, policy changes, or loss of data. While we make every reasonable effort to meet project timelines and performance goals, we cannot guarantee specific results, lead volume, or platform compliance outcomes.
With respect to training programs specifically: participation in any R4 Digital Systems training program does not guarantee any particular business outcome, revenue result, or level of success. Results depend entirely on the participant's own effort, implementation, and circumstances. We are not liable for interruptions to live sessions caused by Zoom outages, internet connectivity issues, or failures of any third-party platform used to deliver training. In the event of a technical disruption, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative access.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless R4 Digital Systems LLC and its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your misuse of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement on the rights of any third party.
R4 Digital Systems LLC shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, power outages, third-party service interruptions, or cyberattacks.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to engage in good-faith efforts to resolve the issue through mediation before pursuing any legal action. Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted to our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
This section applies to all R4 Digital Systems cohort-based training programs, including the AI Team Accelerator.
Enrollment & Commitment. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. By enrolling, you are committing to the full program. Cohorts are limited in size (20 participants maximum for the AI Team Accelerator), and your seat is reserved exclusively for you upon payment.
Schedule. Live sessions are conducted via Zoom on a weekly schedule communicated at the time of enrollment. Session dates and times are subject to reasonable adjustment. We will provide advance notice of any schedule changes.
Attendance. Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory for each live session. Missing a session does not entitle a participant to a refund or credit. Recordings will be made available to enrolled participants subject to Section 16.
Format Changes. R4 Digital Systems reserves the right to modify program format, delivery method, session length, or content structure when reasonably necessary to improve the program or respond to unforeseen circumstances. We will not materially reduce the core scope of the program without notice.
Cohort Cancellation by R4. If R4 Digital Systems cancels a cohort prior to the first session, enrolled participants will receive a full refund. If a cohort is cancelled mid-program due to circumstances within our control, we will either complete the program through an alternative format, roll participants into the next available cohort, or issue a prorated refund at our discretion.
Refund Window. Participants may request a full refund up to 7 days before the scheduled date of the first live session. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
No Refunds After First Session. Once the first live session has been held, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of attendance or participation level.
No Partial Refunds. No partial refunds will be issued for missed sessions, partial program completion, or unused community access.
Participant Cancellation After Enrollment. If a participant cancels after payment but before the refund window closes (more than 7 days before the first session), a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made within 7 days of the first session are not eligible for a refund.
Recording Consent. Live sessions may be recorded for distribution to enrolled participants. By participating in a live session, you consent to being recorded. If you prefer not to appear on camera, you may attend with your camera off.
Access to Recordings. Recordings of sessions will be made available to enrolled participants through our designated platform. Access is personal and non-transferable.
Lifetime Access (Founding Members). Participants who enrolled at the founding member rate receive lifetime access to all future iterations of the program in which they enrolled, as long as R4 Digital Systems continues to offer that program. "Lifetime access" means access for the duration of the program's active operation by R4 Digital Systems LLC — it does not create any obligation for R4 to continue operating the program indefinitely. Lifetime access is non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or assigned to another individual.
Standard Access. Participants who enrolled at the standard rate receive access to session recordings for the cohort in which they are enrolled. Future cohort access requires separate enrollment.
Redistribution Prohibited. Participants may not download, copy, share, repost, sell, or otherwise redistribute recordings, course materials, or any program content to any person or platform outside of their own personal use.
Private Community. Access to any private community (e.g., a group chat, forum, or social platform) associated with an R4 Digital Systems program is a benefit extended to enrolled participants during and after the program.
Code of Conduct. Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. Harassment, hate speech, spam, solicitation of other participants, and sharing of confidential information are prohibited.
R4 Not Responsible for Participant Content. R4 Digital Systems does not monitor or control content posted by other participants in the community. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any content posted by other participants.
Removal from Community. R4 Digital Systems reserves the right to remove any participant from the community at any time for violation of the code of conduct or these Terms. Removal from the community does not entitle the removed participant to a refund of any kind.
Confidentiality Expectation. Participants are encouraged to treat the experiences, strategies, and business information shared by fellow participants within the community as confidential. What is shared in the program stays in the program.
